Medicines Roundtable - a joint VicTAG and Safer Care Victoria event
Description
The roundtable is for Victorian clinicians with an interest in medication safety and quality. It will provide an opportunity to network with like minded colleagues, hear the latest on optimising management of anticoagulants, opioids and other high risk medicines, measuring and learning from medication errors, the not so easy questions emerging on how to deal with pharmaceutical waste in our hospitals and much more. The full program will be made available closer to the day.
